Transportation Changes

For Transportation Changes please follow the below procedures.

- Parents/ guardians can send in a handwritten note to the teacher. Please include the following:

                 Child's name, Teacher's name, and detailed specifics of the change. 

-All transportation changes should be submitted by 1:00pm. 

-Transportation changes can also be emailed to:  mcis.attendance@mercer.kyschools.us 

-For the SAFETY of your child, changes will not be made unless someone from MCIS has confirmed your request. Office staff will respond with an email or phone call to verify and confirm the request. If you have not received an email or phone call by 1:00 pm, please call the MCIS office 859-733-7080 to ensure the note was properly delivered.
